End of Hip Hop Abs

So this week ends my one month work out of Hip Hop Abs.  While I stuck to the exercise program, my food was not on point.  So... the end weightloss result is not what it could be.  However I do feel like I toned up some regardless.

My goal was 11.6, the reality was 4 lb.  Not great but not horrible either.  I wanted to lose that weight before my trip... but 4 lb will have to do.

Don't get me wrong, 4 lbs in 5 weeks is good... very healthy.  BUT I know I could have done the 11.6 lbs.  I just needed to get my food in check.

I'm not going to worry about food on my cruise, going to eat what I want to and when I want to.  I may regret that later, but I'll deal with it.  This trip is what I call a trip of a lifetime, when I met and married my husband he told me that he has no interest in going on a cruise.  However, that's one thing I've always wanted to do.  We don't take a lot of vacations, usually because they are just too darned expensive.  So I was a little worried that he'd be upset with me for going.  But he's not.  Which is great and makes me feel that much better about going.  I'm sure he'll have some big hunting trip he'll want to take without me too.

Anyway - My non-food plan for the cruise is to get my 10,000 steps in each day, use the exercise room at least 4 times and get my swim and tanning on.  These should all be do-able goals.

When I get back, I need to get right back on track.  I'll be starting a new exercise program then too.  So this was a good time to end one and ready for the next one to begin.  I think I'll do my old "The Firm" videos.  They are a good mix of weights and cardio.

I can't wait until I'm Healthfully Ever After!
