My Plan through February 10th

As always, I struggle AFTER the holidays.  I've done so well through the holidays (with weight management/loss) and then I let go a little afterwards.  I simply cannot do this again.  Although I am and my post last week proved it. It was jumbled and not really focused well.

So I need to refocus and realize my goals!  I do want to lose another 10 lbs BEFORE my cruise.  I leave February 18th, so that means within the next 6 weigh-in's I need to lose almost 2 lbs a week.  That didn't happen this week (was hoping to stay the same) so really I have 5 weeks at 2 lbs a week.  Do I think I can do it?  YES, absolutely.  I just need to be more disciplined.

What is my plan you ask?  Meal planning and working out.

Meal Planning:
I haven't spend my Sunday's prepping for the week and that's proving to be a negative for me.  So, this Sunday I will make the meals that get us through Friday.  I am continuing my Rockin' Body by Beachbody work out - which is not proving to be an issue for me.  I am not having a problem being disciplined  to fit those in.

Work Out:
I've also picked my next work out - which is going back to the 21 Day Fix Extreme by Beachbody.  This plan will take me out to February 10th, the week before my cruise.  This work out will likely not help me lose the weight that I want to but it's more for strength training so my food needs to be on-point while I'm on this.  There will be a few days where I'm away at a scrapbooking retreat so I'll be off-track for 4 days but then will get RIGHT BACK ON.  Normally I would tell myself that I'll be good during scrapbooking but I just end up letting myself down because it never works out.  So I'm going into like I'll be cheating and not tracking but still working out -- I bring them with and can do them at the retreat with no problem.

Are you wondering what my results were this week?  Well... I gained 1.6 lbs.  So now I need to lose 11.6 lbs before vacation.  I can do this.

What are your goals for the new year?  I'm not asking for resolutions... I'm asking for your goals you've set.  Please comment with your goals and how you plan to meet them - the reason I ask you to do this is your comments may help someone else reading this set their own goals.  Or come up with a different goal or way to meet their goal.

My next post will likely not be until February 2nd... as it's too hard to commit to every week... but rest assured

I still can't wait until I'm Healthfully Ever After!
